Our summer pop-up, STAPPI & MANGI, is a local evolution of the wine bar, where you can enjoy regional products for an aperitif or dinner, paired with a selection of artisanal wines.

Food and wine have the power to bring us instantly back to a place, to its traditions and the future that awaits it. They are a living story, shaped by gestures, seasons, and people.
With this project, we want you to rediscover our Liguria whether it is a place you are visiting for the first time or one you grew up in and that still belongs to you.
A selection of wines that express the character of the territory, and an à la carte menu designed for aperitifs and dinner, celebrating our own produce as well as that of other local farms from the Ligurian hinterland, with whom we share values and roots.
