An artisanal marmalade made from untreated oranges and lemons, picked from the trees growing among our olive groves, with the addition of just a little sugar - only what is needed to preserve their natural essence.

The flavour is balanced and delicate, never overly sweet, with that pleasant bitter note that tells the authenticity of citrus fruits.

It is perfect in the morning on bread, for a simple snack, or to enrich a homemade tart. We prepare it according to the traditional recipe, with no preservatives, colourings, or artificial flavourings, allowing the fruit and time to define its character.
