A marmalade made from untreated lemons, picked from the trees growing among our olive groves, with the addition of just a little sugar — only what is needed to preserve their natural character.

The flavour is balanced and delicate, with an authentic freshness and never overly sweet. It is perfect in the morning on bread, for a simple snack, or to add character to a tart.

It is also born from a gesture of care: preserving a precious fruit that would otherwise go to waste, giving it new value.

We prepare it according to the traditional recipe, with no preservatives, colourings, or artificial flavourings, allowing the lemon itself to tell its story.
