The hands-on experience , with the pestle in hand, we begin working the ingredients: fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil, pine nuts, garlic, and coarse salt, adding a few professional tricks that make the pesto truly special.

We harvest the basil, and while we pound, we share our story and reveal the secret of an authentic pesto, made with care and respect for the land.

At the end of the course, a tasting experience designed to let you savour Liguria. The farm products are paired with two glasses of wine (or non-alcoholic beverages), to enhance every flavour.
