Authentic pesto-making, the emblematic sauce of this region. 

Pestle in hand and in the middle of the olive grove we make pesto: basil, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, coarse salt and a couple of pro tips from us. We’ll tell you a bit about us, harvest some basil, talk about the ingredients needed for the perfect pesto and finally make it together. All this followed by a tasting and light lunch paired with two glasses of wine carefully selected by Giada.
