At Petricor we cultivate stones because it’s what we’ve been taught to do for generations. A long lasting tradition of preserving what will not be immediately consumed, to conserve it and eventually transform it.
I am to cultivate this land made of stones, pebbles and fragments;
I want to take what it can offer me, to not forget and to not waste. I want to value it.
It’s family, it’s an idea, it’s work and a big passion. It’s our life’s philosophy.
It’s agriculture, we cultivate what our land and environment allows us to nurture and we transform the fruits of our labor into what we love.
We care for our territory,
we respect and sustain it’s rhythms,
we don’t use products that can affect
its balance,
we live in close contact with nature
and we adopt consistent agricultural
practices.
Petricor is first and foremost home,
where we live and choose to protect
and maintain.

Liguria is a narrow region: it is rough, steep, challenging and fragile.
Our inland is not just land, it’s the people that inhabit it, the hands that built it and struggled to do so. A resilient community that lives off agriculture scattered amongst many small villages.

Siamo il contrario del sistema industrializzato che ci circonda e che ha allentato il rapporto tra il consumatore e la natura del prodotto. Gli alimenti non sono una semplice merce perché noi siamo quello che mangiamo e nutrirsi è un atto politico.
Our products are genuine, natural, simple, good, clean and fair.
Our supply chain is closed, we check every single aspect of it. Everything we produce comes from our farmland.
Every product is particularly linked to a season, to a specific production period and, for this reason, availability is limited and subject to nature’s timetable.
Discover our world, what we do, taste our products immersed in an exciting landscape to be enjoyed from a unique position.
The blog is our online diary, a place to share ourselves with others.
It will be a story made up of experiences, thoughts, information and reflections.
We’ll write about places and travels, about wine, about daily life, about books.
There’s a story that deserves to be told and we’ve decided to do it.
