We grow, harvest and process the olives that tell the story of our Liguria.
Our olives are grown on terraces carved into the hills, suspended between sky and sea.
Each tree carries with it the memory of those who have cared for it, the patience of traditions passed down through generations, and the strength of the dry-stone walls that hold the land in place.
We harvest them with careful hands and follow them step by step, transforming them into oil and products that preserve the aromas, flavours, and soul of our Ligurian hinterland.

Among olive groves and breathtaking landscapes, we offer authentic food and wine experiences for those who truly wish to discover rural Liguria. Tastings, guided tours, cooking classes and outdoor experiences await you in Lucinasco, in a setting surrounded by the olive trees of the Ligurian hinterland.
Pesto in a Mortar
€ 50 /personaA cooking class dedicated to the symbol of Liguria. We harvest basil, learn the secrets of pesto in a mortar, and conclude with a guided tasting experience.
Discover Petricor
€ 35 /personaAn authentic journey through the Ligurian hills, discovering the Petricor project and its values. A guided tour of the farm, a walk among the olive trees, and a tasting of our products accompanied by two selected glasses of wine.
Off-Road
€ 80 /personaAn adrenaline-filled and authentic experience aboard our pickup truck along country roads. We will enjoy an off-road tour, with storytelling about the territory and a picnic among the olive trees.
